Booking Terms & Conditions - For Stones Throw, Tenby

To book Stones Throw, please email, message or telephone us and we will happily process a booking for you. 

Deposit Payments

  • One 1/3rd of the total holiday cost is required as a deposit to accompany a booking request. 

Balance Payments

  • The balance payment is required no later than:
    • 8 weeks prior to the booking commencing.

Full Payment is required when:

  • A booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday. 

Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made by either cheque, bank transfer or card payment over the telephone (01886 812 220 during office hours only).
  • Further payment details will be given during the booking process.

Non Payment

  • Non payment of a deposit or balance will be deemed as a booking cancellation. 
  • Contact with guests will always be made prior to cancellation to discuss the booking and payment.      
  • We reserve the right to re-let a property when a payment is more than 7 days in arrears.

Booking Amendments

  • We will consider all requests to change dates  once a booking is confirmed.   
  • In the event a change is made, an administration fee of £30 will be charged. 
  • Requests to transfers deposits or full payments to different dates will be considered.
  • Such transfers will not be granted for bookings due to commence within 12 weeks of the request. This will be treated as a cancelled booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • In the event that you need to cancel your holiday, we will seek to re-let the property for the whole period of the booking. If we are successful, we shall refund all money paid less an administration fee of £30. Please advice us at the earliest opportunity of the need to cancel, this will give us the best chance of re-booking the dates and offering you a refund. 
  • In the event that we need to cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances, at our discretion, we will offer to reschedule your holiday where availability permits or offer a full refund. 
  • We highly recommend an appropriate travel insurance policy is taken out to cover all eventualities.

Damages & Breakages

  • The property is to be left in the same condition it was found.
  • We reserve the right to charge a fee for any extra cleaning required should the property not be left in a clean and tidy condition. 
  • We understand accidents happen. Please report any damage or breakages as quickly as possible.
  • It may be required for the damage or breakage to be paid for.
