Both of our lakes, well stocked with Carp, Rudd, Roach & Tench, are around 3/4 of an acre each. With gravel paths, all weather fishing platforms, and just a few minutes walk from all of our holiday properties, our fishing lakes are easy to access all year round what ever the weather.

Our lakes are solely for the use of our holiday residents, meaning we don’t sell day dishing tickets.                        We want our guests to enjoy their fishing experience at Pitlands without the lake becoming  overcrowded with fishermen. 

We ask that our holiday guests bring all of their own fishing equipment & bait – we don’t have any equipment or bait available to hire or buy (our fish are rather partial to bread & sweetcorn though!).

We also ask that our guests follow these simple rules: 

• Keep nets are not permitted.
• Only barbless hooks are to be used.
• Children fishing must be supervised at ALL times.                

There is no extra charge to fish during you stay, it is all included in the cost of your holiday.
